Re: Information To Be Shared
Lucky would inform anyone who would listen (especially after a couple drinks) to look over any treasure they find. A group of ne'er-do-wells are defacing valuables and the local shops won't buy them. Lucky is willing to take any items thusly marked off of your hands; no fee involved.

Re: Mod 3.0 Bug Thread
Walked into the Adventurer's Quarter: Watch Guardpost around 1:35am EDT on 8/20/2017. All of the NPCs were spawned in when I loaded, then they loaded again when I talked to Watch-Wizard Sarya, so now there are doubles of each of the three NPCs. Not sure how to load a screenshot, but I have one.

Re: Mages in BG
Eh, he may get swayed by the Red Wizards, but I'm going for a more hedgemage feel to him. Been making back my expenses and exploring the server via the wonderful postal system in the meantime. I find playing a foreigner and newcomer to a town is the best way I can reconcile taking fetch quests :) I'...

Mages in BG
It's been forever and a day since I've been on any ALFA server, so I'm totally blind as to what's available to classes nowadays. I do know that there is a wizarding school in TSM, but I'm not sure about BG. How supportive, in an IC way, is BG toward budding magic users? Is there a school I can apply...

Re: Amazing Kickstarter that every tabletop gamer should bac
I would hope they're cheaper than $25. That's just what they add on for that level of kickstart. You also get a bunch of other tat that's not really worth mentioning. It's just an awesome idea to have a miniatures company that is willing to work with you to make customized minis and not charge you a...

Amazing Kickstarter that every tabletop gamer should back
http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/proxyarmy/proxy-war-custom-3d-printed-miniatures This is truly amazing. The company will be using 3d printing technology to offer lower-cost, customizable miniatures to tabletop gamers. At the $25US level (which I plan on going for) you get a free miniature up to ...

Re: Come join the Minecraft fun!
computercraft always blew my mind. I never got the hang of the programming language. I think I might dive into Thaumcraft, as I noticed the Shift info on all the items. It's a good time-waster if I'm on alone and it gets badass once you get higher up. Who needs pipes when you can have golems

Got the IP, logged on for a few minutes. See if you can find where I'm holed up. Also took a quick tour around when it was light out: you guys have some pretty swank stuff set up
My Minecraft username is d4b3ll3z, in case anyone wonders "Who's this a-hole?"

Re: Favourite ALFA/Other moments?
Oh god, I just read Akivaria's post above. So many memories. I actually got chills. Zyrax ended up dying to those nazi-elves and I made a stink of it because there wasn't a DM present when the PvP happened. I was pissed, lol. And the mention of Abbadon's name still gives me chills to this day. It's ...

Re: Favourite ALFA/Other moments?
Did I post to this yet? Maybe? I'm not searching through 11 pages of text to find out. Favorite moments: Getting kidnapped by drow and taken to the Underdark, escaping, running through Undermountain, losing Seva, running back to find him in a room standing waist-deep in slaughtered zombies. I still ...

What games do you play outside of ALFA?
Haven't had the time in ages to sit down and devote to building a PC in ALFA, so I've been playing much more casual games. Currently, these are: League of Legends Minecraft Guns of Icarus: Online What games do everyone here play? I'd love to get online and game with some peeps outside of ALFA, since...

Re: Hi everyone, and again!
great to see so many familiar names and such friendly welcome-backs (well, mostly friendly )
So, I settled on playing in BG and already had some great fun! Really looking forward to fleshing out my new PC and taking him for a few jaunts outside of the city. See you all in-game!

Re: I will play here.
+1 to this thread. I have so many fond memories of this part of Faerun from ALFA in NWN1. I'd love to see what you've done to the place. Currently trying to find a decent map to figure out exactly where this server sits :) and even if my play times don't merit making it my home server, definitely ex...

Hi everyone, and again!
Took way too long of a break there, but not nearly as long as between ALFA1 and ALFA2. :) Looking to get back into playing on a regular basis and would appreciate some input and feedback from some of the more regular players. First, I need a suggested server to play on. Previously, I was on TSM, but...
